Returns must have an RGA. All items must be returned in original, resalable condition within 120 days from invoice date. All returns are reviewed by our
customer service department and incur a 10% restocking fee. Any non-stock items or atypical volume orders will require additional approval and may be
subject to a higher restocking fee.

As a global leader in surgical blade manufacturing, we share in the world’s concern over the COVID-19 pandemic. Cincinnati Surgical will remain open and able to ship the surgical blades you need from our corporate office located in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Our warehouses still have approximately 6 months of finished goods available. And our manufacturing facility is still in production adhering to a few new social distancing rules. While we do not manufacture the PPEs that are in high demand right now, surgical blades are still an essential medical tool that needs to remain available.
